The Next Chapter

Thanks to all of your prayers, encouragement, support and God's faithfulness Mission 91 has been approached by multiple organizations in five different countries for risks assessments and training for 2023. We also have 10 students inquiring for the next school (including internationals)!! God has been doing some amazing things and we are excited to share the next part of this journey with you.

We have transitioned to a more global platform with Mission Builders International on September 1st.

Mission91: 2021 Recap

Despite our trip to Cambodia being postponed due to travel restrictions, 2021 turned out to be a pretty impactful year for Mission 91.

We had the privilege of training Missionaries from Youth With A Mission Campuses in Detroit, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Kona and Lakeside. Our trainings equip Missionaries with the skills to recognize and navigate risks overseas so they can boldly take the Gospel to the ends of the Earth while also keeping their teams as safe as possible. This year we were able to train 322 Missionaries across the country and we're just getting started.

Perspective changes everything.

The last two years have been such a crazy time. We moved with a lot of unknowns and walked away from everything we did know. Each month came with new challenges and this September we finally felt like we were able to take a breath as we moved into campus housing. I remember JT and I reflecting on the year (last two years) in early December and seeing if we felt like God was giving any words or themes for 2021.

While I know we are where God has called us I can also acknowledge that it has been life altering, uncomfortable, challenging, lonely and inconvenient at times. I feel like I have spent the last two years surviving but not necessarily thriving. But I think a lot of that has to do with perspective.

Perspective changes everything.

Taiwan - Your Return On Investment

Taiwan …. What an amazing outreach to be involved with and we are so thankful for you investing in us through prayer and financially! Here is what God did with your giving!!

We were able to assist in:

  • 2 English camps where we shared Bible stories and the GOSPEL to over 600 kids

  • 2 VBS camp (with 100 kids)

  • 1 Basketball Camp (20 kids)

  • 1 VBS/Basketball Camp in a mountain village (50 kids)

  • MORE importantly in addition to the kids coming we shared and had more one on one time with the TA’s who were helping to assist and translate! God is using these camps and lives are being changed!!

  • Rock Cafe - English Ministry

  • Blessing the Missionary staff who were hosting us

  • OVERALL the Gospel and God’s love was shared to over 1K KIDS & their parents and family members!!!! Seriously…what an amazing opportunity for the KINGDOM to be a part of!

  • We had hundreds of children raise their hands about wanting to know more about this one true God and His son Jesus and we saw 17 SALVATIONS!!! COME ON, JESUS!!!

  • Please continue to pray for the missionaries serving in Taiwan … the harvest is READY but the workers are few. Pray that the parents will continue to send their kids to these camps and that God will move in mighty ways over this nation!

Again, we cannot thank you enough for what you have done in supporting our family this past year and the amazing ways God used us for the Kingdom!  We are so excited for this next season and cannot wait to see what God does on our campus and across the nations!
